At Pucks for Purpose, we believe sport is one of the most powerful tools for bringing people together and driving real change. Founded at St. Francis Xavier University in 2023, we have grown into one of Atlantic Canada's most successful student-run charitable initiatives, raising over $385,000 across three years through a series of events that unite the StFX campus and the broader Antigonish community.

Every dollar raised is split equally between two causes that matter deeply to us. Our Canadian Cancer Society funds go directly to Camp Brigadoon, a transformative camp experience for children living with or recovering from cancer, a place where they can simply go and be a kid again. Our motionball funds support local Special Olympics organizations across Nova Scotia, advancing inclusion through sport and celebrating the abilities of every athlete in our community.
